Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, directing inquiries, and coordinating guest arrivals.
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring conference rooms, kitchens, common areas, and office supplies are organized, stocked, and maintained.
- Coordinate office catering, meal orders, and meeting logistics.
- Distribute incoming mail and packages and manage outgoing shipments.
- Reconcile corporate credit card expenses and support expense reporting through Concur.
- Assist with administrative projects and provide general office support as needed.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in office management, reception, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with executives, clients, and visitors.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology.
- Experience with expense reporting systems such as Concur is preferred.
Pay: $24.00 - $33.00 per hour
