Communication/Marketing Ops Specialist

As a Communication/Marketing Ops Specialist at Tudip Technologies Pvt. Ltd, you will play a crucial role in developing smooth and effective marketing processes and reporting systems to provide key insights for driving decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating and managing all marketing materials and collateral
• Working on Google Slides
• Developing newsletters on a bi-monthly basis
• Managing all email communications
• Implementing online marketing activities, especially on social media platforms
• Conducting email marketing activities for events and exhibitions
• Coordinating with team members
• Promoting products and services during pre and post-event periods
• Distributing print media to customers and prospects
• Executing publicity and PR activities, including content writing
• Writing and editing technical articles and product information

Qualifications required for this role:

• Minimum Graduate qualification
• 3-4 years of experience in a marketing communication or similar position
• Strong knowledge of content development and content writing
• Familiarity with social media marketing
• Good network of PR and media contacts
• Creative mindset with an interest in graphics and technical product marketing
• Strong teamwork skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
