Senior Contracts Specialist (Federal – Construction)
We’re hiring a Senior Contracts Specialist to support high-impact federal construction and renovation projects. This role is ideal for a seasoned acquisition professional who thrives in complex environments and enjoys working across the full procurement lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support end-to-end federal acquisitions (pre-award through closeout)
- Develop and manage RFPs, evaluations, and award processes
- Perform cost/price analysis and support source selections
- Administer contracts, including modifications and compliance
- Partner with Contracting Officers and program teams on critical projects
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of federal contracting experience (1102 or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of FAR Part 15 & FAR Part 36
- Experience supporting construction, renovation, or facilities contracts
- Proven ability to manage full lifecycle acquisitions
- Bachelor’s degree required
Nice to Have
- Experience with GSA contracts
- Background supporting large/complex projects
- GS-14 level experience or equivalent
