Job Description

As an Executive Assistant to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative, analytical, and strategic support to the CHRO. Your role will involve a combination of executive assistance and expertise in data analytics, project management, digitization initiatives, and HR branding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CHRO's calendar, communications, and stakeholder coordination across functions.
  • Support decision-making by utilizing HR data analysis, dashboards, and insights on aspects such as attrition, hiring, and engagement.
  • Drive and track key HR projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment across functions.
  • Lead or assist in digitization initiatives related to HR systems, automation, and process improvements.
  • Contribute to HR branding initiatives including employer branding, internal communications, and enhancing social media presence.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and board-level materials with high accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Act as a liaison between HR leadership and internal/external stakeholders.

Key Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, and experience with Power BI/Tableau is preferred.
  • Demonstrated project management ability with a keen attention to detail and adherence to timelines.
  • Experience in HR processes, digital tools, and HRIS.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of discretion, strong organizational ability, and a problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications Required:

  • BE/B.Tech with post-graduation in HR from reputed Institutes.
  • Courses in Data Analytics, AI, and Social Media Marketing will be considered as an added advantage.
