We are looking for a Social Media Growth & Community Manager to lead the growth and engagement of multiple fan and community pages for a well-known creator who will be appearing on a major reality show.

This role is ideal for someone who understands internet culture, fan communities, meme marketing, and social media growth. You will be responsible for managing a network of fan pages, driving engagement, creating online buzz, and helping shape public perception through strategic content and community building.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow 10+ fan and community pages across social media platforms.
• Plan and maintain content calendars to ensure pages stay active and ahead of schedule.
• Coordinate with the video editor to produce and publish high-volume content.
• Execute meme marketing, trend-based content, and reactive content strategies.
• Drive engagement through comments, conversations, DMs, and community interactions.
• Monitor audience sentiment and conversations related to the creator.
• Identify viral opportunities and capitalize on trending moments in real time.
• Build relationships with fan pages, meme pages, community pages, and relevant digital networks.
• Create strategies to increase reach, engagement, followers, and overall visibility.
• Support PR and image-building initiatives through content and community management.
• Track performance metrics and continuously optimize growth strategies.

Requirements

• Experience managing social media pages, fan pages, meme pages, or creator communities.
• Strong understanding of Instagram growth, engagement tactics, and online community building.
• Deep knowledge of memes, trends, internet culture, and viral content formats.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple pages and content pipelines simultaneously.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with influencers, creators, celebrities, or reality-show contestants.
• Background in community management, digital PR, or meme marketing.
• Experience growing pages organically through engagement and content strategy.
• Existing network of meme pages, fan pages, or entertainment communities is a plus.
