Groupe Marcelle is currently looking for a

Marketing Assistant, Public Relations & Influencers

for a

temporary part-time position

. You will support public relations, influencer marketing, and communications activities by assisting with product shipments, partner follow-ups, event logistics, social media support, and corporate communication initiatives.

Work Location

• 400 Sainte-Croix Avenue, Saint-Laurent (Quebec)
• On-site position due to the operational nature of the role
• Part-time schedule: three (3) days per week (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday) from August to October 2026

your responsibilities will be

Public Relations & Influencers

• Participate in product shipments and follow-ups with influencers
• Manage email follow-ups related to collaborations, content timelines, and administrative requests
• Assist the team with coordination with vendors, partners, and external collaborators
• Support event preparation and logistics (materials, shipments, gifting, display, etc.)
• Contribute to public relations activities and product mailings for media and content creators

Social Media

• Support community management and respond to inquiries received on social platforms
• Monitor trends, influencers, and competitor activities
• Assist with photo shoot coordination and preparation of materials
• Contribute to social media content creation (stories, video editing, posts)

Corporate Communications

• Assist the corporate communications team in event coordination (invitations, shipments, displays, etc.)
• Prepare shipments or gifts for corporate partners
