Job description

Job Profile : Jr. IT Admin

Division/Group : TT Lifesciences

Location : Mumbai

Joining : Immediate – 15 days

Education : Bachelor’s degree

Experience : 2 years to 4 years

Office timing : Monday – Friday

Time : 12:00PM – 9:00PM

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support for Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure Active Directory (AAD).
Assist in managing user accounts, licenses, and permissions via Microsoft 365 admin centre.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues related to Microsoft 365.
Handle basic security and compliance tasks such as MFA setup and user role configuration.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
Maintain accurate IT documentation and inventory.
Assist with hardware/software troubleshooting and support, including Windows devices.
Collaborate with senior IT staff on upgrades, migrations, and policy enforcement.
Help train end-users on Microsoft 365 tools and best practices.
Managing domain lifecycle and DNS configurations through cPanel and registrars.
Ensuring appropriate access rights for DNS records, SSL management, and domain delegation settings.
Purchase new domains and direct them to the hosting and email service provider.

Required Qualifications:

Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 platform (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
Familiarity with Windows operating systems and desktop support.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) or similar.
Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zoho).
Exposure to Azure Active Directory and Intune.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or currently pursuing).
