Description : We are looking for a Senior-level expert in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE / Pardot) with strong experience in campaign automation, lifecycle journeys, and marketing orchestration.The candidate will play a key role in designing scalable Engagement Studio journeys, implementing segmentation strategies, and collaborating with Data Cloud teams for audience activation.Key Responsibilities : - Configure and manage MCAE campaigns, Engagement Studio journeys, and automation workflows- Design lead nurturing journeys and lifecycle marketing programs- Implement automation rules, segmentation logic, dynamic lists, and campaign triggers- Optimize campaign performance, targeting, and engagement strategies- Collaborate with Data Cloud teams for audience activation (Data360)- Configure scoring models, grading frameworks, and lifecycle automation- Ensure email deliverability best practices and campaign governance- Troubleshoot automation, segmentation, and campaign-related issuesRequired Skills : - Strong hands-on experience with MCAE / Pardot- Expertise in Engagement Studio, automation rules, and campaign structures- Experience building lifecycle marketing and lead nurture programs- Understanding of Data Cloud (Data360) and audience activation- Strong knowledge of email deliverability and campaign governance- Excellent analytical and stakeholder communication skillsCertifications : - Required : Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist- Preferred : Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant / Marketing Cloud Consultant (ref: hirist.tech)
