As a QA Specialist with strong experience in Marketing Automation, particularly within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot / MCAE) ecosystem, your main responsibility will involve ensuring the quality, accuracy, and reliability of marketing campaigns before deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end QA validation of campaigns, including emails, landing pages, and forms.
- Validate segmentation logic, dynamic lists, and suppression rules.
- Test Engagement Studio journeys and automation workflows.
- Conduct email validation, covering personalization, dynamic content, and deliverability.
- Carry out cross-platform testing using tools like Litmus or Email on Acid.
- Ensure deployment readiness and participate in post-launch monitoring.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with MCAE / Pardot.
- Strong QA and campaign testing experience.
- Knowledge of email deliverability and compliance.
- Experience with automation workflows and segmentation.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
In addition to the above requirements, any preferred Certifications such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator/Consultant would be beneficial for this role.
