Marketing Automation Quality Assurance Specialist

Role Overview : We are looking for a QA Specialist with strong experience in Marketing Automation, specifically within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot / MCAE) ecosystem.The candidate will ensure the quality, accuracy, and reliability of marketing campaigns before deployment.Key Responsibilities : - End-to-end QA validation of campaigns (emails, landing pages, forms)- Validation of segmentation logic, dynamic lists, and suppression rules- Testing Engagement Studio journeys and automation workflows- Email validation including personalization, dynamic content, and deliverability- Cross-platform testing using tools like Litmus / Email on Acid- Ensuring deployment readiness and post-launch monitoringRequired Skills : - Hands-on experience with MCAE / Pardot- Strong QA and campaign testing experience- Knowledge of email deliverability and compliance- Experience with automation workflows and segmentation- Good analytical and communication skillsPreferred Certifications : - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator / Consultant (ref: hirist.tech)
