Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Email Marketing Assistant role based in Indore. The Email Marketing Assistant will support the planning, creation, and execution of email campaigns aimed at engaging customers and driving sales. Responsibilities include drafting and scheduling email content, segmenting mailing lists, and assisting in A/B testing subject lines, layouts, and calls to action. The role also involves monitoring campaign performance, preparing basic reports, and suggesting improvements based on open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. The Email Marketing Assistant will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging and timely promotions.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with internal teams and respond to customer inquiries related to email campaigns.
• Market Research abilities to understand customer segments, monitor competitor activities, and support targeted email content.
• Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to align email campaigns with revenue goals, promotions, and lead-nurturing efforts.
• Basic knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar) and familiarity with email best practices, including deliverability and compliance.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets and simple analytics dashboards to track campaign metrics and prepare reports.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Preferred: Prior experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or a related marketing support role.
• Preferred: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
