Position Summary
We are seeking a hands-on, highly organized, and results-oriented professional to manage critical marketing and communication functions. This role will serve as the engine behind TransPro Consulting’s industry presence, supporting thought leadership initiatives, and filling communication gaps as the firm scales.
The Marketing and Communications Specialist will be essential for supporting lead generation, billable, and revenue goals. This is an opportunity to work in a key role with a highly skilled, entrepreneurially focused team.
This is a full-time, fully remote position (U.S. based candidates only).
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Content Management & Strategy
- Develop and execute a LinkedIn content strategy for the company page and leadership team.
- Manage the creation, transition, and development of consistent content for social media (e.g. weekly specific video, social strategy), the company website, and the newsletter.
- Create, schedule, and publish posts (copywriting and light design).
- Build content calendars aligned with campaigns, events, and industry trends.
- Support leadership with ghostwriting, post drafting, and engagement guidance.
- Repurpose content into newsletters, articles, short-form insights, and on-demand assets.
- Monitor analytics and optimize content for reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Provide consistent slide development support for internal meetings and external conferences.
Team Management Support (Virtual and In-Person)
- Oversee and improve the planning, and execution for all event activities.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute TransPro webinars, annual performance summit, virtual roundtables, in-person industry conferences and quarterly company meetings.
- Support TransPro sponsored event logistics, including registration, reminders, follow-up workflows, and managing collateral.
- Track attendance, engagement, and post-event metrics.
- Plan and support special projects.
Marketing Operations & Brand Support
- Support the proposal development process.
- Collaborate with consultants to translate project outcomes in compelling stories.
- Maintain brand consistency across digital channels and materials.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and CRM update.
- Identify gaps in marketing processes and propose solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience, ideally in a consulting, professional services, or small business environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to details.
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems and marketing related programs.
- Comfortable operating independently, prioritizing across multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a remote business environment.
- Possess a strategic mindset for social media and content creation.
Compensation
- Salary range - $60,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
