Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to support and evolve a large portfolio of corporate and marketing websites. This role will work across legacy CMS platforms and modern JavaScript frameworks, contributing to both day-to-day delivery and longer-term platform modernisation initiatives.
You will collaborate with global teams across development, QA, design, and DevOps to deliver reliable, scalable web solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Development & Delivery
- Develop and maintain websites built on Drupal and WordPress
- Build and enhance frontend applications using React and Vue.js
- Work across legacy systems and new-stack projects in parallel
- Implement features, enhancements, and bug fixes across multiple sites
- Ensure code quality, performance, security, and maintainability
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with designers, QA, and DevOps teams
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical discussions
- Review code and provide guidance to junior and mid-level developers
- Support website migrations, redesigns, and platform upgrades
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of professional web development experience
- Strong experience with Drupal and/or WordPress
- Solid frontend experience with React and/or Vue.js
- Experience working with APIs, CMS integrations, and modern build tools
- Comfortable working in a distributed, global team environment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Fluent English
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience with headless CMS or decoupled architectures
- Familiarity with accessibility and performance best practices
- Previous experience mentoring junior developers.
