Join our dynamic creative team of designers and writers to drive impactful design.

You will:

• Create stunning visual assets for a variety of projects, utilizing your creativity to deliver beautiful designs across print, packaging, and digital mediums.
• Collaborate with designers, writers, producers, and internal stakeholders to produce high-quality assets in a timely manner, from new menus for our café to innovative online content and packaging for our coffee products.
• Manage projects of all sizes, including everyday design updates for our cafés.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, supporting the Senior Designer and Art Director in taking projects from concept to completion.
• Ensure your designs are sustainable and adhere to budgetary constraints.

You have:

• 2+ years of graphic design experience, either in-house or at an agency.
• A Bachelor's or graduate degree in a design discipline (e.g., graphic design, UI/UX) or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools.
• A keen eye for color and typography.
• A genuine love for great coffee, exceptional food, and memorable guest experiences.
