We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer with 7–8 years of experience in an advertising agency environment, preferably with strong exposure to real estate projects. The candidate should have a premium design sensibility and a proven track record of delivering high-impact creatives for luxury and large-scale real estate campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design high-end marketing creatives for real estate projects (residential, commercial, luxury developments)
• Develop brochures, brand identities, digital ads, hoardings, social media creatives, and campaign visuals
• Work closely with the creative team, copywriters, and clients to execute compelling campaigns
• Understand project positioning, target audience, and market trends in the real estate sector
• Deliver visually strong, conversion-driven creatives aligned with brand strategy
• Handle multiple high-value projects with strict timelines and attention to detail
• Present concepts confidently to internal teams and clients
• Maintain consistency in branding across all communication channels

Requirements

• 7–8 years of experience in a reputed advertising agency
• Strong portfolio showcasing real estate and high-profile campaign work
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Solid understanding of layout design, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Experience working on luxury or premium segment brands
• Strong communication and client-handling skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working on real estate developers, builders, or property campaigns
• Understanding of marketing strategies for property sales and lead generation
• Knowledge of motion graphics or video creatives is an advantage
• Ability to think strategically along with strong creative execution

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
