As an Inside Sales Representative at our company, your role will involve identifying and nurturing prospective leads for our customers. You will be responsible for understanding their needs and ensuring a smooth pre-sales process. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with prospects and customers, and identifying and qualifying B2B leads.
- Undertaking lead discovery and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Warming up leads for the customer marketing and sales teams with diligent follow-ups.
- Understanding customer campaigns, their products, services, and appropriately communicating customer brand identity to prospects.
- Undertaking pre-sales outreach processes such as opt-ins, content syndication, and marketing and sales lead qualification.
