  • Create compelling email content aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Segment email lists for personalized messaging and conduct A/B testing strategies.
  • Implement trigger or drip campaigns based on prospect activities.
  • Use email to support marketing operations and CRM strategies.
  • Monitor and report on key email marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing communications or a related field.
  • Approximately 2 years of experience in digital marketing in a B2B environment, ideally consultancy.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Email Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing principles, segmentation, and personalization techniques.
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email design is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
