Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing communications or a related field.
- Approximately 2 years of experience in digital marketing in a B2B environment, ideally consultancy.
- Proven experience as a Digital Email Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of email marketing principles, segmentation, and personalization techniques.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email design is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
