Lead event planning and catering as a Complex Catering Manager. Coordinate all aspects of service delivery while maintaining flexible schedules for client satisfaction and engagement. In this position, you'll manage the full lifecycle of event execution from initial planning to successful delivery. Overseeing the catering staff and building client relationships are key aspects of this role. Ensure effective communication and exceptional service while being adaptable to various event demands. - 2 years of catering/event planning experience
- Required ServSafe Alcohol Awareness certification
- Required Certified Food Handler certification
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
