Oversee catering management and event execution as a Complex Catering Manager. Ensure seamless service delivery while collaborating with clients and leading staff for exceptional customer experiences.
This role focuses on planning, organizing, and executing events across two locations. With an emphasis on communication and leadership, you'll supervise catering staff and maintain relationships with clients. Flexibility is essential to accommodate various event schedules while managing budgets and monitoring inventory.

Requirements
- 2 years in catering/event planning experience
- ServSafe Alcohol Awareness certification required

- Experience with Delphi and Hotel Key is a plus
