In this role, you'll collaborate closely with UX designers, business analysts, and QA specialists to deliver high-quality, accessible user experiences. You'll take ownership of the full development lifecycle—from translating business requirements into elegant UI components to ensure code quality and accessibility standards are met. What You’ll Do: Develop new pages, functionalities, and reusable UI components Collaborate with UX designers and business analysts to implement requirements Perform code reviews and enforce coding best practices, including accessibility standards Take ownership of code quality and deliverables What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering 5+ years of professional software development experience 5+ years of hands-on experience with Angular or similar JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, etc.) Proven experience in agile development environments Strong understanding of web accessibility (WCAG compliance) Good communication skills in both French and English, oral and written Assets: Experience with REST API development Knowledge of enterprise software architecture and design patterns Experience with TypeScript and modern frameworks Strong communication and collaborative skills Self-motivated with strong attention to detail Basic knowledge of English is required because you will on a regular basis interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its provincial scope.
