Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Marketing and Operations Coordinator. The person in this role will manage daily marketing campaigns, oversee operational workflows, and coordinate sales and project execution. Key tasks include ideating the social media plan, creating and shooting content, being the client's go-to and ensuring seamless communication between teams for efficient project delivery. The Coordinator will assist in social media management, managing client relationships, and optimizing operational processes to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Interest and ability to shoot content
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively coordinate between teams and clients.
• Experience in Project Management and operational execution.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with the floral or event decor industry is a plus.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
