Our client in the banking industry has an immediate opening for a Marketing Content Coordinator.
Duration: 4 Months
Pay rate: $38- $47hourly
Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid (3 days/week)

Typical Day in Role:
- Own and continuously improve website governance practices to ensure digital properties align to brand guidelines, digital strategy, and internal standards.
- Validate digital content and experiences for compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal risk requirements; document evidence to support audit readiness and traceability.
- Maintain and enforce quality standards across web properties, including QA, accessibility (e.g., WCAG-aligned practices), SEO, and usability.
- Monitor site health, identify emerging issues and risks (legal, reputational, financial, operational), and drive timely remediation with accountable teams.
- Partner with Digital Managers to support issue resolution, content updates, and release readiness; reduce rework through proactive checks and clear guidance.
- Administer and govern staging and authoring access in alignment with LAM, governance, and security controls; ensure access requests are reviewed, approved, and periodically validated.
- Coordinate with Technology and external vendors (e.g., Adobe) on troubleshooting, defects, enhancements, and platform updates impacting site health.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and recurring readouts to communicate trends, risks, defects, and remediation status.
- Contract & Third-Party Risk Responsibilities (Icertis & Coupa)
- Support end-to-end contract lifecycle processes (intake, review, approvals, execution, amendments, renewals, and repository management) using Icertis Contract Management (ICM) and/or Coupa CLM capabilities, ensuring standardized workflows and consistent controls.
- Coordinate contract intake and routing to appropriate stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Privacy, InfoSec, Compliance, Procurement, Business Owners) based on risk, spend thresholds, and required approvals.
- Maintain contract metadata quality (e.g., counterparty, term, obligations, renewals, expiry, financial thresholds) and ensure key milestones are tracked with alerts and reporting.
- Perform or coordinate third-party/vendor risk assessments through Coupa Supplier Risk & Performance (or equivalent modules), including collection of supplier due diligence artifacts, completion of assessments/questionnaires, and tracking remediation actions.
- Document inherent and residual risk considerations, maintain evidence for audits, and ensure risk issues are escalated and resolved prior to go-live or renewal decisions.
- Partner with Procurement and business teams to ensure contracts and suppliers are set up correctly for downstream purchasing and compliance.Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
- 3 years of experience working with enterprise CMS and digital experience platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager) and publishing digital content.
- Familiarity with web analytics and monitoring tools, SEO auditing tools, and defect/work management tools (e.g., Adobe Workfront, SimilarWeb).
- Experience in digital governance, website operations, quality assurance, or related roles supporting enterprise web properties.
- Working knowledge of accessibility practices (e.g., WCAG), SEO fundamentals, and usability best practices.
- Experience validating content/experiences against regulatory, legal, and/or internal risk requirements; ability to document evidence and maintain traceability.
Nice-To-Have Skills:
- Experience operating in regulated environments (e.g., financial services) with strong governance and audit expectations.
