Assistant Manager- Warehouse Operations

As an Assistant Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the 3PL warehouse operations for both the D2C e-commerce platform and Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs). • Streamline the processing of customer and store returns, facilitating quick QC and restocking to uphold inventory liquidity.
• Maintain 100% inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and annual audits.
• Implement stringent Quality Check protocols for incoming stock to minimize defective rates.
• Monitor Shelf-to-Ship timelines to identify and resolve bottlenecks in warehouse layout.
• Navigate and manage the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ERP to track real-time stock movements.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Proficiency in Increff-WMS and MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of courier aggregators and first-mile logistics such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, etc.
