Catalogue Producer

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate catalogue shoots across apparel and related categories.
• Create and manage daily shoot plans based on SKU priorities and product readiness.
• Ensure products are available, prepped, tracked, and moved efficiently through the workflow.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, stylists, editors and support teams.
• Track production progress against SKU, image and video targets.
• Ensure adherence to platform-specific output standards.
• Maintain shot tracking sheets, production logs and asset records.
• Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks proactively.
• Work with the Catalogue Team Lead to improve efficiency, throughput and quality.
• Ensure proper naming, mapping and handover of final assets.
