Senior Project Manager - Supply Chain

As a Senior Project Manager at TE, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Supply Chain projects, ensuring that outcomes are achieved on time, on cost, and on quality. Your role will involve providing governance across the portfolio and owning business case creation, ROI forecasting, and benefits realization tracking to ensure measurable impact and financial transparency.

• *Roles & Responsibilities:**
• Lead cross-functional supply chain projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful adoption and sustainable results.
• Define project charters including scope, timelines, resources, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive risk management and change management, including impact assessments and mitigation plans.
• Manage project constraints and trade-offs across scope, timing, cost, and quality.
• Ensure robust closure by validating outcomes, completing documentation, capturing learnings, and transitioning ownership to operations.

Establish and run project governance cadence, ensuring alignment and timely decisions.

Ensure adherence to stage-gate processes and continuously improve project management standards.

Provide leadership visibility through KPIs and dashboards for proactive risk management and value delivery.

Build and maintain project business cases, track financial performance, and create financial transparency through standard reporting.

Partner with Finance and stakeholders to validate impact and sustain gains.

Act as the central coordination point across various stakeholders and communicate effectively to leadership to keep delivery on track.

Identify pain points and drive structured initiatives for continuous improvement and measurable outcomes.

Apply Lean/CI practices and drive a continuous improvement culture in project teams.

• *Desired Candidate Profile:**
• Graduates from Tier-1 institutions with a Masters degree in relevant fields preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office and exposure to enterprise systems like SAP.
• Certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2, APICS/SCM, Lean/Six Sigma are a plus.
• Minimum 10+ years experience in Supply Chain/Operations/Logistics/Planning with demonstrated project leadership.
• Competencies in project & program leadership, financial acumen, stakeholder management, and supply chain domain depth.
