You will be responsible for recognizing, documenting, and escalating customer issues following appropriate communication channels. It is essential to maintain product knowledge by attending training workshops and staying updated on product material. Additionally, you may be assigned other duties by the management for the effective implementation and improvement of the Quality Management System at TDCX.
Qualifications Required:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any field.
- Preferably 2 years of working experience in a related field, although fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and capable of multitasking.
- Comfortable working with computers and ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market.
