1) Job Purpose

The Talent Acquisition and Management Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process with a particular focus on campus recruitment, recruitment process governance, employer branding, and recruitment analytics. This role also includes 20% talent management responsibilities, ensuring the development and retention of high-potential employees. The specialist will leverage their extensive experience to enhance recruitment

strategies, optimize processes, build a strong employer brand, and implement effective talent management initiatives

The Talent Acquisition and Management Specialist will manage recruitment and talent management activities across various geographies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards. Plan and execute campus recruitment drives to build a pipeline of fresh talent.

o Education and Qualifications: MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institution.

o Work Experience: Minimum 8 years in Talent Acquisition with a focus on campus recruitment, recruitment process governance, employer branding, recruitment analytics, and talent management.

o Technical/Professional Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in recruitment tools and software, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
