Utility Maintenance -AM

• Ensure zero breakdown of machines and equipment
• Spare part management planning (on-time procurement of machine spares), Drive spare part cost reduction initiatives. Tool management (raising new tool requirements). Monitor the life of existing tools and raise new requirements accordingly
• Daily work management: Breakdown monitoring, Plant uptime monitoring, Daily spare part consumption tracking, Energy and water consumption monitoring, Shift planning and manpower allocation
• MQS & MAPPS implementation: Machine daily check sheet, Preventive maintenance (PM) check sheet
• Machine history card, Why-Why analysis, Conduct root cause analysis of breakdowns

Must-Have Responsibilities: Electrical compliance, including DG sets, STP, and transformers, while ensuring overall statutory compliance
