Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Madhya Pradesh, India, for a Sales Marketing Manager. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, driving marketing campaigns, and achieving organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing sales teams, designing promotional plans, analyzing market trends, building partnerships, and overseeing customer relationship management. Additionally, this role involves preparing sales forecasts, setting revenue goals, and ensuring the consistent brand representation and outreach of Sunrise Foundation to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Sales and Marketing strategies, including planning, execution, and performance optimization
• Strong skills in market research, trend analysis, and data-based decision-making
• Proven experience in team management, leadership, and collaboration
• Familiarity with digital marketing, branding, and promotional campaign management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; an advanced degree or additional certifications are an advantage
• Relevant experience in the non-profit or social sector is highly desirable
