Job description

About The Company

Stedi is pioneering the future of healthcare transactions by building the world’s only programmable healthcare clearinghouse. In the healthcare industry, compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) mandates that insurance payers exchange critical transactions such as claims, eligibility checks, prior authorizations, and remittances using a standardized EDI format called X12 HIPAA. Traditionally, a small number of legacy clearinghouses have managed the majority of these transactions, providing consolidated connectivity to carriers and providers. However, Stedi is transforming this landscape by offering a modern, API-driven platform that seamlessly integrates real-time and batch processes, empowering healthcare technology companies and established players to exchange essential data efficiently and reliably. Backed by significant funding from top investors including Stripe, Addition, USV, Bloomberg Beta, and First Round Capital, Stedi is committed to automation, innovation, and delivering high-quality solutions that eliminate manual toil and improve healthcare data exchange. Recognized as Ramp’s third fastest-growing SaaS vendor, the company fosters a dynamic environment where engineers and designers ship products weekly, supporting a lean business team dedicated to infrastructure and excellence.

You will also contribute to our design language system and uphold engineering excellence by writing high-quality code and fostering effective communication across teams.

  • Proven ability to independently create and execute work plans.
  • Curiosity and a desire to understand the underlying principles of the systems you build, striving for high-quality outcomes.
  • Alignment with Stedi’s standards and philosophy of engineering excellence.

  • Implement responsive designs that work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay current with emerging frontend technologies and best practices.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving frontend issues to enhance user experience and system stability.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and equity packages.
  • Flexible work environment with remote work options.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.
