Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager Finance Accounting, located in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The role involves overseeing financial reporting, managing financial statements, and preparing budgets. The candidate will ensure compliance with statutory requirements, lead financial planning and analysis efforts, and contribute to strategic decision-making through in-depth financial insights and reports. Collaboration with various departments to streamline financial operations is also a key responsibility.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong knowledge of Finance management and Budgeting processes
• Excellent Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret and use financial data for decision-making
• Proven experience in leading and managing accounting teams
• Relevant professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or CA is desirable
• Advanced knowledge of accounting software and financial tools
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
