Team Lead Account Manager

As a Team Lead Account Manager at SRV Media, your primary responsibility will be leading a dynamic team of Account Managers and Account Executives to drive client satisfaction and retention. You will play a crucial role in ensuring strategic account management and exceptional service delivery, overseeing project management, and developing comprehensive project strategies and roadmaps. Key Responsibilities:

• Foster strong client relationships and ensure client retention through proactive account management and effective relationship building.
• Oversee projects to ensure successful execution and outcomes, maintaining high standards of timeliness and quality.
• Ensure the team complies with all project lifecycle requirements, align team members to a common goal, and provide clear briefs to foster active involvement in the project.
• Lead the team in executing projects efficiently and error-free, providing support to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop, strategize, and implement plans to ensure the successful delivery of client projects, achieving all established goals and KPIs.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, setting and managing delivery and performance expectations from project onboarding to closure.
• Devise and execute strategies to expand existing accounts and boost revenue.

Qualifications Required:

• 4+ years of experience in account management, preferably within a digital marketing agency, with a minimum of 1 year in mentoring and leadership roles.
• Proficiency in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, content marketing, and analytics tools.
• Strong ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team, with excellent conflict resolution and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional skills in building and maintaining client relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring client retention.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans, drive innovation, and achieve business objectives.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, time management, and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
