Position: International Customer Support Executive (Voice / Non-Voice / Blended Process)

Salary: 3 LPA 7 LPA (Up to 30%-40% hike for experienced candidates)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chat interactions for international clients
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions with professionalism and empathy
• Assist customers with product/service-related queries

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Freshers (Graduate/Undergraduate) with excellent English communication
• Candidates with minimum 1 year experience in International BPO Voice/Chat preferred
• Strong verbal & written communication skills in English
