Eligibility & Qualifications

Education

10+2 / Graduate (any stream)

Experience

Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome (Training Provided) 1+ year experience in International BPO / Voice / Chat / Technical Support / Blended Process preferred

Mandatory Skills

Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) Strong customer service mindset Problem-solving and active listening skills

Preferred Skills

Basic technical troubleshooting Knowledge of CRM / customer service tools Ability to communicate confidently with international customers
