Job Description
We are hiring International Voice and Chat Support Executives for US and UK processes. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates who have strong communication skills and are looking to build a career in the International BPO / Customer Support domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle international customer queries through voice and chat support.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Follow company policies, processes, and SLA guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International BPO (Voice/Chat) preferred for experienced roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and rotational week offs.
Salary:
- Freshers: Up to 3.8 LPA (Based on communication skills)
- Experienced (1+ year in International BPO Voice/Chat): Up to 6.5 LPA
Work Schedule:
- 5 Days Working
- 2 Rotational Week Offs
- Rotational Shifts
Work Mode:
- Work From Office
