Machinery Operator

A TVS Machine Operator operates and monitors manufacturing equipment, such as injection molding or conveyor systems, to produce parts according to quality standards. Key duties include machine setup, performing quality checks, and maintenance, typically in a shift-based environment in Chennai, often for freshers or experienced workers. • Machine Operation: Operate and monitor industrial machinery, including conveyors, CNC machines, or molding equipment.
• Production and Assembly: Load materials, assemble components, and ensure production targets are met.
• Quality Control: Visually inspect products for defects, cracks, or size variations to ensure adherence to standards.
• Maintenance & Safety: Perform routine checks and minor troubleshooting on machines, report faults, and adhere to 5S and PPE safety protocols.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• Qualification: Typically ITI, Diploma, or 12th pass.
• Experience: Generally 0-1 years or 0-2 years (fresher-friendly).
• Skills: Basic machine handling, technical understanding of production equipment, attention to detail, and physical stamina for standing/repetitive tasks.
