About the Role

We are hiring an Operations Manager to oversee post-sales operations, improve customer experience, and streamline internal processes for a growing D2C brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage order processing through final delivery
• Handle customer queries and escalations
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and support teams
• Maintain CRM systems and customer records
• Prepare MIS reports and dashboards using Excel
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency

Requirements

• 5+ years in D2C brand operations
• Experience in premium or lifestyle brands preferred
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, reporting)
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Detail-oriented with strong ownership mindset
