Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role based in Bhopal.

The Store Manager is expected to lead a team of 5 members and maintain the decorum with responsibility in the store.

He/She should oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, inventory control, and cash management. The role involves leading and coaching store team members, scheduling shifts, and ensuring that service standards are consistently met. The Store Manager will handle customer interactions, resolve escalated issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, implementing retail loss prevention measures, supporting marketing initiatives, and collaborating with management to achieve store targets and uphold brand standards.

Salary Budget: INR 20,000 to 30,000

Qualifications

• Strong customer focus with skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to deliver a high-quality in-store experience.
• Effective Communication skills to lead teams, engage customers, and coordinate with senior management.
• Proven Store Management abilities, including staff supervision, scheduling, inventory oversight, and sales performance tracking.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard stock, manage shrinkage, and ensure compliance with store policies.
• Prior experience in retail or fashion jewellery management is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Bhopal with a hands-on approach to store operations.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on results.
• Comfort with basic digital tools and willingness to adapt to technology-driven processes.
• Diploma or bachelors degree in business, retail management, or a related field is an advantage.
