Android Application Developer

You will be working as a Lead Mobile Application Developer at Shiprocket. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and mentoring the mobile development team to deliver high-quality applications for Android, iOS, and Flutter platforms.
• Overseeing collaboration with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Ensuring application performance, quality, responsiveness, and adherence to best practices.
• Guiding the team in identifying and resolving bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues.
• Establishing and enforcing code quality, organization, and automation standards.

In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also have the following leadership responsibilities:

• Driving technical strategy and Roadmap for mobile applications.
• Managing and mentoring a team of mobile developers.
• Coordinating with product management and other stakeholders to align development with business goals.
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Qualifications required for this role:

• 58 years of experience in mobile development, with a strong focus on Android and Flutter.
• Proficiency in Swift, Kotlin, and Java.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Experience with API integration.
• Expertise in consumer application development using Flutter and Dart.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
