Job Description
As an International Customer service representative, you will act as the first point of contact for global clients (typically us, uk , or australia). Your primary goal is to provide seamless support across multiple channels voice and chat while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
What You'll Be Doing
- Connect with international customers via calls and chat
- Understand concerns quickly and provide clear, effective solutions
- Deliver a seamless and personalized customer experience
- Build trust through confident communication and problem-solving
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex queries

- Strong spoken and written English (neutral/global accent preferred)

- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills
- Open to working in night/rotational shifts
- Freshers with excellent communication or experienced candidates welcome
