Role Description This is a Contract basis , online JOB for Saviynt Trainer . The Saviynt Trainer will design, prepare, and deliver ONLINE / instructor-led training sessions on Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) concepts, features, and best practices. Responsibilities include creating and updating training materials, labs, and assessments, as well as tailoring content to different learner levels and client requirements. The trainer will conduct ONLINE/ classroom sessions, provide hands-on guidance during practical exercises, and support learners with Q&A, feedback, and post-training clarification. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to refine curricula, staying current with Saviynt product updates, and contributing to the continuous improvement of training delivery standards.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Saviynt IGA, including configuration, workflows, role management, access requests, certifications, and integration concepts.
• Experience designing and delivering technical training or corporate workshops, preferably in identity and access management (IAM) or related security domains.
• Ability to create clear training content such as slides, lab guides, exercises, and assessments tailored to various skill levels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with a learner-centric and inclusive approach.
• Solid understanding of core IT concepts such as directories, authentication, authorization, and cloud or enterprise application environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant certifications in Saviynt, IAM, or information security are an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Pune District and collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders as needed.
