Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Graphic Designer role based in Varanasi. The role involves designing logos, brand identities, banners, product creatives, and A+ content, while maintaining consistent design standards across platforms. The Senior Graphic Designer will also mentor junior designers, manage feedback cycles, and ensure all deliverables meet quality, timeline, and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a proven portfolio of digital and brand-focused work.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including developing or evolving visual identity systems.
• Proficiency in Typography, with the ability to select and pair typefaces for readability and impact.
• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
• Demonstrated experience designing for e-commerce, digital marketing, and social media platforms.
• Ability to interpret briefs, present concepts clearly, and incorporate feedback thoughtfully.
• Strong attention to detail, visual consistency, and layout composition.
• Ability to work on-site in Varanasi, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior designers is an advantage.
