Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhilai for a Manufacturing Manager. The role involves overseeing daily manufacturing operations, production planning, and ensuring products meet quality standards. Responsibilities include optimizing operations, managing production schedules, maintaining adherence to quality control protocols, and driving continuous process improvement. Additionally, the Manufacturing Manager will develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes to meet company goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Production Planning and Production Management to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.
• Strong expertise in Quality Control to ensure products consistently meet required standards.
• Solid understanding of Manufacturing Operations, with the ability to oversee all aspects of production and workflow.
• Experience in Operations Management including resource allocation, team leadership, and maintaining process efficiency.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with an ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage teams and reporting effectively.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or relevant field; advanced education or certifications are a plus.
