scony.g is a growing lifestyle stationery brand focused on creating meaningful products like planners, journals, and creative tools. We are currently looking for a creative and execution-focused individual to help us grow our brand through content and social media marketing.
Job Summary
We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Content Strategist who can plan, create, and manage social media content while focusing on audience growth and driving product sales. This is a hands-on role requiring both creative thinking and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute monthly content strategies for Instagram
- Create engaging content ideas, hooks, and reel concepts
- Assist in scripting and structuring short-form video content
- Plan and guide video shoots (Reels & product content)
- Assist during shoots (angles, framing, storytelling, shot direction)
- Coordinate or personally capture basic video content (if required)
- Support content creation and basic editing
- Manage social media accounts
- Develop and implement audience growth strategies
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and offers
- Track performance metrics and optimize content accordingly
- Focus on converting content into actual sales
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic to intermediate experience in digital marketing or social media management
- Strong understanding of Instagram (especially Reels and trends)
- Ability to plan and execute video content
- Basic video shooting sense (framing, lighting, angles)
- Basic video editing skills
- Good content ideation and storytelling skills
- Ability to work independently and execute ideas
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
