Job Description
As a growth hacker at Scapic, your role will involve owning the marketing funnel for the company. You will work closely with the company founders and the director of sales to build, run, and optimize marketing experiments and campaigns. Your responsibilities will include attracting site traffic, converting traffic into leads, and nurturing those leads into clients, with support from the sales team. To excel in this role, you are expected to:
- Build and manage a content and editorial calendar to attract target markets through various content formats such as blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, webinars, etc.
- Optimize marketing campaigns and lead nurturing processes using email, content, and social channels.
- Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand the impact of inbound marketing on customer acquisition and continuously refine the conversion process.
- Generate new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, etc.
- Take ownership of the marketing portfolio and propose new experiments, campaigns, or channels to increase qualified leads from a data-driven perspective.
