Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced IT Sales Manager to lead and grow a high-performing B2B sales team focused on selling IT, Cloud, and Device Management solutions, including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Okta, ScaleFusion, and Cybersecurity solutions.
The selected candidate will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, managing sales operations, overseeing demand generation, leading the sales team, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales initiatives and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 12–15 Inside Sales Representatives (ISR).
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve productivity and conversions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to improve lead generation and sales processes.
Required Skills
- Strong B2B Sales & Business Development experience.
- Expertise in IT Sales and Enterprise Solutions.
- Excellent negotiation and high-value deal closing skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B IT Sales.
- Experience in managing Inside Sales (ISR) teams.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Preferred).
