Main Responsibilities

• Conduct health and safety gym inductions with all clients
• Carry out client physical ability assessments
• Conduct regular environmental risk assessments
• Provide both group and individual exercise & fitness sessions
• Instruct clients on basic exercise physiology, lifting and exercise techniques
• Create and review client exercise & fitness training plans.
• Deliver exercise & fitness educational workshops
• Organize group activities such as walks, pool activities, badminton, mountain biking, etc
• Produce, record sessions and update client electronic case notes
• Attend case management and staff team meetings
• Attend clinical supervision, line management reviews and staff support sessions.

What We’re Looking For

• Has fluent English and Hindi communication skills
• Brings genuine empathy and emotional intelligence
• Is highly organized and detail-oriented
• Has 1+ years of experience in similar roles
• Diploma/valid certification in fitness training
• Graduate in any discipline
