Are you passionate about mental health and client care? Samarpan is looking for a dynamic Care Co-ordinator cum Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our outpatient services and ensure a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client enquiries, understand their concerns with empathy, and convert them into appointments
• Coordinate scheduling and allocation of clients to therapists
• Oversee outpatient clinic operations and front desk activities
• Ensure smooth coordination with therapists, nurses, and partner hospitals
• Handle payments and maintain operational efficiency
• Support compliance, confidentiality, and best practices

What We’re Looking For

• Graduates in psychology
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Empathy and ability to handle clients sensitively
• Interest or exposure to healthcare/mental health services is a strong advantage
• Freshers can apply, however, we prefer candidates who have previously worked in similar roles
