Emora is building a premium beauty and wellness brand focused on skincare, essential oils, aromatherapy, and personal care. We are looking for a commercially driven Product Manager who can own the complete product development lifecycle and build an innovation pipeline that supports long-term growth.
This role combines category management, product innovation, sourcing, packaging, commercial analysis, and marketplace readiness.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy
- Build and execute a rolling 12-month product roadmap.
- Identify new market opportunities through consumer and competitor research.
- Monitor beauty trends, ingredient innovations, and emerging consumer demands.
- Prioritize products based on demand, profitability, and scalability.
Market Research
- Conduct detailed research using:

- Competitor analysis

Product Development
- Develop product concepts from idea through commercialization.
- Define product specifications.
- Recommend formulations, fragrances, ingredients, and packaging.
- Create product differentiation strategies.
- Build SKU variations, bundles, and seasonal offerings.
Sourcing & Supplier Management
- Identify and onboard manufacturers across India and China.
- Manage RFQs and supplier evaluations.
- Negotiate pricing, MOQs, payment terms, tooling costs, and production schedules.
- Coordinate product sampling and quality approvals.
- Maintain supplier scorecards.
Packaging & Branding
- Work with designers to develop premium packaging.
- Ensure compliance with labeling requirements.
- Optimize packaging for customer experience, shipping efficiency, and cost.
Commercial Analysis
- Prepare product costing models.
- Calculate landed cost and gross margins.
- Recommend retail pricing.
- Evaluate profitability before product launch.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work with design, operations, logistics, and marketplace teams.
- Ensure products are launch-ready for Amazon and other online marketplaces.
- Coordinate launch timelines and production schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, Cosmetics, Chemistry, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years in Beauty, Cosmetics, Personal Care, Wellness, or Essential Oils.
- Demonstrated experience launching consumer products.
- Strong sourcing experience in India and China.
- Experience working with OEM/ODM manufacturers.
- Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Strong analytical and commercial decision-making ability.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.

- Regulatory knowledge for cosmetics and personal care.
