The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including maintaining accurate financial records
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support leadership decision-making
• Own and maintain QuickBooks entries and reporting integrity
• Assist with payroll processing and expense tracking
• Support month-end close activities and ongoing financial organization
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve accounting workflows and efficiency
• Serve as a professional point of contact for occasional inbound customer inquiries

Compensation & Benefits

• $75,000 – $90,000 base salary & discretionary bonus (commensurate with experience)
